Personal Information

Note that Privacy laws sometimes exclude publicly available information, aggregated information (meaning data summaries or reports with Personal Information removed), or anonymized information that cannot be linked back to an individual.

Children's Privacy Online

Some of the books sold by Hearts ‘N Tummies are designed for children, but the Site and our other online Services are for adults only. We will never knowingly collect Personal Information from a child online without consent from the child's legal guardian. If we learn we have collected a child's Personal Information online without legal guardian consent, we will delete it from our systems. Please email info@heartsntummies.com if you believe we have collected a child's Personal Information online.

Collection and Use of Personal Information

Hearts ‘N Tummies collects Personal Information: (a) with consent, freely given when you provide the information; (b) if we are contractually required to do so; (c) if we have a legitimate interest in doing so; or (d) as authorized or required by law. When you visit our Site, we may use cookies and related technologies to collect identifiers like your IP address and data from your internet and similar activity like your device browser type, the webpage visited before you came to our Site, session information and your searches and content interactions on the Site. When you contact us. If you contact us to request more information about an item, we will collect your email address or phone number or both, so that we can respond to your request. If you provide a testimonial or comment about our Services, we may post it on our Site after giving you an emailed or written notice. Upon your emailed or written request, we will remove your testimonial or comment from the Site.
When you place an order, Hearts ‘N Tummies third-party payment processor will collect your name, shipping address, telephone number, and email address (your "Order Information") and process all payments. This Order Information is necessary to process your order, to notify you of your order status, and to fulfill your orders. Hearts ‘N Tummies does not collect, or store any payment information. The payment processor will only store your payment information if you opt-in by checking the box to store this information for future orders.

How Hearts ‘N Tummies Uses Personal Information

We retain your Account Information and order history until you request that we delete it from our systems.
